I need it to only show if they are part of usergroups x, xx, xxx for example.
If you want to hide something from the templates to certain usergroups you can use Template Conditionals for that.
Where do I find the conditionals?
Your description doesn't really help either. You never told us what exactly you wanted to do, so please care to elaborate your idea.
