Yesterday I experienced some issues with a MySQL error that said:
I did some research and found that it has something to do on the hosting end, so I contacted my host and they eventually fixed it. This morning I tried accessing my forum again, and it happened... again. I went back to my host and they said they could view my forum fine and that I just needed to clear my cache and history to view it fine as well. I did so and it worked. Then I logged in and the error message appeared again. I repeated the process and after I log in it always happens.
Why is this happening and how do I fix this problem?
Are there too many private messages or something?
Here's my forum:

Please help.
Edit: I can even log into the admin control panel and change things successfully, I just can't browse the forum on my account.
