I know its not up to mybb to know but if someone does I want to make a site where members can get a subdomain or use their own and make a site with me for mybb enter their domain like

or
yourdomain.subdomain.com

then they can have a forum

Unless you have your own server and are able to create it yourself I wouldn't bother. There currently isn't a public one for 1.6, and running it on a shared host isn't going to work.
