Hi all.
I am running MyShoutbox on my forum and my host suspended me twice.
Why? Cause its to "heavy" for the server.

How could i make it less heavy. Just by deleting loads of "old" shouts, from the database? It is displaying the last 50 shouts. Is that to much?

How can i make it less heavy so I can use it again.

Get a better host.

I use a free host and I can even use it no problem.
