This has just been brought to my notice that new members can not reg on my site
after they put in all the information and click on submit reg
they get this
Please correct the following errors before continuing:
Invalid action!
Can you please provide a forum URL and a test account?
Do you have the Registration Security Question plugin installed?
I think it is all working now i just Deactivate the plugin and the re Activated again.

No, that's obviously not the problem here. You should still update if you're running an old version though.
What's happening is that the registration page's templates weren't modified and it thinks that you're not answering the question, thus throwing the error. Deactivating / Activating the plugin should work. If not, then you'll need to manually edit the templates.
I have done that and did a test account and seems to be working for me just not sure for everyone else now.
Yes, it works now. I tried it myself with the username "test", which you probably want to delete. Don't worry about it.
