When a user tries to register on my forum an error pops up saying this:

Please help because I was hoping to start spreading my forum today or tomorrow but I have to fix this first. Thanks.

This is most likely an issue with the "registered links" plugin, you should ask for support from the mod author.

No this is a problem with just the way it has been installed with the cpanel
