I made a new PSP theme edited Sama34 theme and made it into a psp theme
It may not be the best but can also be changed as long as you leave the copyrights

Find a better logo with a transparent background color.
Find a better background image.
You give me them or make me one and I will I tried to find the best one can you find me one then you are more then welcome to if you would like to it really would help a lot
Search some better images by your own as you are the one that is suppose to like the theme, not me.
If I do release this I am gonna want everyone to like this
I can not seem or do not know really any good/great images
try to use a solid colour / color for the background, or a pattern that can be repeated but won't draw much attention from the content
Use a simple color or gradient for background. A tileable PSP image is really bad for a background.
Don't like it man, sorry. :/
I'd just say, instead of using repeated irritating PSP images in background, either get one big PSP or something similar or just use a different colored background.
