It was a big image but it still does what it does
You can use background-repeat: no-repeat; in the CSS rules for the background
Where exactly can I change that though?
Admin CP > Templates and Styles > Themes > (your theme) > global.css
Click Edit Style Sheet (advanced mode), and search for body.
