is there any plugin which Automatically parse links in text ?

i dont mean that plugin ...
i want "Automatically parse links in text" similar available in vbulletin

MyBB does that automatically. You can't switch it off, however.

I'm pretty sure that would require a plugin. Post in the plugin requests forum, and you may find someone who is willing to make it.
