I'm not sure if this has been made, i'm not even entirely what to search for in the plugins section but I definitely have looked for it and i can't find anything. I have a gaming forum and I want users to be able to put their gamer tags for any platform by filling out a form in their profile editor. An example is in my attachment. [attachment=24081]

You basically fill out a form that says

Processor: | |
Video card: | |

and so on and then it fills your signature section for you. This probably already exists but I'm just not sure what to look for. If this has to be made then I would like these forms:

XBL Gamertag, PSN ID, Steam ID, Xfire, and WoW Real ID.

I'm not sure there's anything exactly like what you're looking for, but you could do it by just doing a few template edits and the template conditionals plugin.

Is there a guide anywhere for something close to what i'm trying to do? I'm not the most experienced with coding so even if it barely touches on what i want, some reference would be nice.

I probably shouldn't double post but I would really like help with this issue.
