That's why tutorials exist and articles were written. Get a VPS then Setup Webmin + Virtualmin (there's a script to do it automatically), then you need to create domains and setup DNS Zones for them. After that you can start configuring Apache, MySQL (or PostgreSQL since it also supports it), BIND, etc.

webhostingtalk is good, you might find some useful tutorial or guys over there which would indeed help you. I use it often.
