I don't know if this has been thought of previously or if there's already a mod to do it, but I noticed some boards have a warning level for each user, and each time they get a warning for doing something against the rules, their warning level goes up 10 or 20% until it reaches 100% and they're temp banned or permabanned.

I think it's a good idea.

There isn't default feature that does this, but there is a mod.
