I run a MyBB site on IIS 7.5 and I am going to format the drive the site is located.

Should I turn off all the plugins then back up the database or use the no plugin feature to turn off all the plugins and back up data base or can I just back up data base and files and then put it back on hard drive after formating and set it all up again?

Backup the DB, backup your files. Do you things, then restore both backups, and you should have no problems.

Though make sure to close your board while you're doing it.
