No doubt this has been asked and found already, but im just looking for a plugin that wont increase a users post count if they post in a specified forum.

You can disable post counts in their respective forum settings.

That's an option in default MyBB itself.

ADMIN CP > Forums and Posts > edit the forum where you want this option > and Tick the option checkbox "Count towards users post count" some thing like that.
