How to change a popup window's background color?
Additional details:
when you give someone reputation to someone the popup window opens, the background is the default body color, is there a way to change the color of only that window,
But I don't want to change color of reputation popup, I am adding a function in my forum just like that but for different purpose

Not really possible, the popup uses the same CSS from global.css as the rest of the forum.

Though, you do have the <!-- start: reputation_add --> comment before it, so you could write some fancy JavaScript that does some innerHTML inserts to change things up, but that would require core edits..

Give the body a different class/id and add some CSS for it.
