I have a problem in my forum,
I select time zone in ACP and UCP " +3 hours "
but still wrong
my correct time now is: 12:05 am
but in my forum is: 07:55 pm

this wrong in all users
I call my host for asking him about host time but they tell my that host time is correct

what's wrong?

I think your host time correct. because I think your host different loctation so your host loctation time is defferent for you . You will try other time set, when you find the same time on your place, You find correct time for your site :d

But it depends on the time of GMT added to it a certain time depending on where your place, not host's place
