Habari does this well; it essentially activates the theme but only for the administrator.

You should also be able to set which themes show up to users.

Why do people keep calling me Jondan or Jordan...? It really angers me..

Ontopic, i like the concept, but a lot of themes have those small details, and if we have a wordpress like install method, imo, it could be a waste of bandwidth for MyBB.

For my part would be a very good feature is similar to that of IP.Board
