Normally smilies can be access by http://example.com/misc.php?action=smilies
but this method will show the header of your forum also, (logo,navigation etc). Is there a way to show only smilies except these methods:-

<a href="#" onlclick="javascript:clickableEditor.openGetMoreSmilies('clickableEditor');"> Smiles </a>

Templates & Styles -> Templates -> Your theme -> Miscellaneous templates -> misc_smilies.

Find and remove {$header}. Also remove {$footer} if you want to remove footer too.
