Done. I haven't thoroughly tested it but it should be good to go. I'm packaging it right now (I'll release it like any other plugin); I'll send you a PM with a private link so you don't have to wait for it to be approved.

Thanks. It seems to be working fine, I'll wait to see how many complaints I get :-)
I did make a modification to the code and language file already. In the plugin file, I added a new function and hook call so that the email address is displayed.
Since this is my primary use of this plugin, to get everyone to verify their email, it does no good to have it not visible to the user when editing their profile. For some reason the default behavior is to not display your email address when you are logged. If someone gets into your account/user cp, they have full access to your account already and just seeing the current email is not a big deal. They would still need your password to change it.
I also added content to the redirect notice to let the user know to "Update Profile" even if nothing is changed.
I will send you the updated files. I have NOT updated your version or commented anything about my modifications. I'll leave that up to you to make any changes if you want.
btw, I am going to work on a news bar type message when redirected so that the user knows what to do
