Well, it isn't exactly a black hole, but it's an empty space in the theme. If you go to a Category on Otaku Space, say, Anime and Manga, where it would be
"Forum | Last Post | Threads | Posts", and "Drama | Clannad | 3 (0) | 15 (0)", it shows "Drama | Clannad | | ", with blank spaces. I tried to get rid of the entire Threads and Posts column, so there would be more room for the forum name and the last thread/post/author. Instead, it looks like this:

Also, when I changed my code, I changed it from

you have html comment tags for threads & posts ; as you tried to eliminate completely , you may have to delete the code ..
