I have created some Mycode and they word perfectly but I do not want some of them effect in the signature. How must I do to disable effect of some [mycode] in signature ? Or how to assign which Mycode can run in signature ?

Ex: I just want [img], [url], [b], [u], [i] can use in signature and others will not run. How must I do ?

There is no way to limit what MyCode can be used in the signature, you will need a plugin for that. I am not sure if there is one or not but you can look though http://mods.mybb.com/ or ask in this forum http://community.mybb.com/forum-65.html.

Go to ACP Home » Board Settings » User Registration and Profile Options » and then unmark MyCode affects signature length , Allow [img] Code in Signatures that's all

You didn't really understand what he wants, he wants to disable "certain" mycode in the signature.

Thanks all, Exactly I want to limit some Mycode which I created. I created [Mycode1], [Mycode2], [Mycode3] ... and I want to disable [Mycode2] in signature and I am looking for methods to manage [Mycode] in signature.
