As far as I'm aware you will need to add an JavaScript handler that will automatically append the post body with the content, and then you need to add some classes to properly trim it and make it look nice.

It's not an easy task to make a WYSIWYG editor. You're honestly better off googling about it than me telling you the same exact information.

Though for integrating it into MyBB, you can just check over that mod I linked and see how it does it.
