If you search around here there is a couple threads with possible fixes. Fairly easy to fix this. Your host should add the config or upgrade his php. I bet he is on 5.2x branch still.

I believe CreateMyBB doesn't allow viewing of the PHP Info page.

Considering OP doesn't even have file access, he himself can't really do much.

I'm sure Jon is already aware of it nonetheless.

I did, but as you would need file access to apply the fix, OP has no choice. Sleepy

If you believe it's an issue, then report it on the tracker.
MyBB does not offer support for CreateMyBB. This should be closed.
