Hi,

I've been experiencing some issues regarding signatures. Whenever someone tries to create or edit their signature and clicks "Update Signature", the page simply says:

"Forbidden - You don't have permission to access /forum/usercp.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

This only seems to happen when trying to insert HTML into the signature. What could be the problem here? Is there some setting that I'm not aware of?

I am running v1.6.4, fresh install.

Check the CHMOD permissions for usercp.php. You can do this through your FTP client.

is html allowed for the signatures (in general, we disable it ..)
{ admin panel --> configuration --> settings --> User Registration and Profile Options }

Do you have safemode enabled?
