I have installed it many time and it wont update the feed, is there a manual way of doing it?

Use the plugin rss2post. It works fine.

Just tried and it says "This plugin is incompatible with MyBB 1604"

You need to change the compatibility line in the file from 14* to 16*

Can you manually update the feed? I have just installed and put a rss feed in and it hasnt updated my forum yet.

Under Task Manager, look for the rss2post task and click the [Image: run_task.gif] next to it

This rss2post just will not update posts or anything manually or automatic.
Can anyone help please or recommend a different rss feed add on?
