is is possible to move the recent topic plugin to the top of the page instead of it being on bottom

Go to your index template and find {$recenttopics}

Move it to where you want it to be.

I'd like to use this one on my customized portal instead of the default one, but it wont let me show anything when I add {$recenttopics} to my portal page.

Any idea why?

It's working fine in index.php, but I'd like it in portal.php basicly.
