That should be a custom mod.. I also have built one for my forum but it's bit messy to release and also that would reveal some secrets of the revenue system used on my forum to other users.
It shouldn't be a trouble to build a mod/plugin such as that if you know a bit of PHP, although to make it work in good manners, you need to be good at php.
