Always stuck on the off.gif or no new posts. I created my own custom gif icons that are sized 53 X 43 pix very small

The forums always seem stuck on the no new posts or off.gif icon.

I tried rebuilding the different caches but that has not worked. Any ideas here, thanks.

Oh, and are the images uploaded in the right spot?

Have you cleared your browser's cache?
