how do I set it to send out weekly emails?

you can't set it to just be every week. you can set it to be every week since last active date for a user or something like that, but you can just make it send every Wednesday at 3pm or stuff like that. there needs to be a trigger based on a user parameter.
even where it say Field: Email?
the field: email is simply the users email address. so you could send a remind to just gmail users for example.
