Will the story is that i hade converted my forum into vb and i didint liked it so i reconverted into mybb and after converting i have a problem and that is that all new threads goes into last page and all old page has came into first pages in forumdisplay.php
iam totaly lost what to do

Shouldn't this be in merge support? And are you sure you followed steps correctly?
have you noticed the threads order when you first converted to vbulletin ? was it alright ?
AND don't you have the backup of original database to remake myBB forums ...

I'm guessing when you merged the thread id's were somehow reversed...

This will automatically correct itself as people use the threads/posts. But yes, there are some issues in the current merge system with some of the boards' threads and posts modules being run in DESC order instead of ASC. This should be corrected in the 1.6.2 bugfix release, however Tim B. hasn't updated the download with that version just yet, and it wouldn't help you anyways.
