I don't get it. Why use an iframe and then make different pages slightly varying from the original? The point of frames is to remove all that redundancy. Its enough to drive a developer mad, like the over use of 1337 and pages with no HTML tags.

They most likely used an Iframe so that they wouldn't have to modify any codeing within the forum ...
