I downloaded 1.6 and uploaded it to my /forums/ directory, but for whatever reason when I try to go to http://arigreenbean.com/forums/install it says I don't have permission to access. I've asked on webs support what the problem could be but they didn't know. I thought you might know, since it is your product I'm trying to install. I still don't understand why the owner of the website (me) isn't allowed to view my own page. Please help!! If you want to see the problem that I'm getting go to http://arigreenbean.com/forums/install

I can't even go into your ./forums folder... Seems like your CHMOD settings are messed up..

Re-download MyBB 1.6.4 package, unzip it without modifying anything, delete your ./forums folder from your website... Create another ./forums folder and CHMOD it to 755... Re-upload the content of your ./Upload folder to your new ./forums folder

That should work hopefully

webs.com is a premade-template based hosting.

You can not upload your own content, and if you can, I don't think you can create DB.

Look for a better hosting, even 000webhost can handle any forum script.
