When I upload a .jpg attachment it always shows the image as a linked thumbnail. Is there anywhere to set it so the full picture is displayed?
go to ACP->Configuration->Posting->scroll down and find Show Attached Thumbnails in Posts>
There you chose what ever you want hope this helped you out

Open Forum Display Templates > forumdisplay_thread > and search the following and remove;
{$attachment_count}

This works as advertised in FF and Chrome, but in IE9 clicking thumbnails always generates download options only (no way to view the image without downloading it). Anyone know why?
