If you mean changing it from http://www.myoldsite.com/ to http://www.mynewsite.com/, talk to your provider. If you have CPanel on the hosting account, you can do it from there, although I'd suggest that you ask your hosting company's tech support people to talk you through it the first time. And take notes. (Record everything if you can.) That way you'll know how to do it again if you ever need to.
If it's a free host with a subdomain, like http://www.myoldsite.myhost.com/ and you want to change it to http://www.mynewsite.myhost.com/, you'll probably have to drop your old account and create a new one. (Remember to download all your site's files and a dump of your entire database first.) What the hosting company requires varies by company - some of them have no problem if you have 2 accounts for a while.
