if i upgrade my host to a completly new one will i be able to move my forum without trouble?

Are you upgrading to a higher plan on your current hosting or moving up to a new host? If you're just upgrading then there shouldn't be a problem at all. Your host will do the job. If moving, then you should do your own backups.

if you are moving to a new host, follow the following tutorial and you shouldn't have any problems.
