1. Quick edit for announcements.

2. Ability to show announcements in classic layout.

3. Remove reputation via post button from announcements (Not as such as post, plus I guess it would just show as a normal reputation due to it not having a pid)

That's quite tedious. I know I can do a simple template edit, but imho there should be a setting.

^In that case, the option to use the new horizontal postbit or the classic postbit must be more global.

Idk if this is the same for pms, if not, global for it too.
