Hello

I am always changing my forum images ( icons, smileys...) but the problem that the new ones don't appear for the forum members unless they press Ctrl+5 multiple time.

Is there a way when a new image is uploaded automatically will be shown for the members?

I believe you can send out some headers instructing the browser not to cache images, but this would be highly not recommended. Caching makes your website load faster. If you change your icons and smiles that often, you should consider not doing so. Caching isn't the only problem here, your users might get confused too.
