Good:

- Nice theme, the post icons are nice and fit for purpose.
- Looks like you have some activity.

Bad:

- You have a DMCA notice attributing all images/design/code to you. Is that correct? You created the theme/post icons etc?
- You've hidden most of the forum from guests, this pisses me off. I can't even see thread/post counts. This kind of thing does not increase registrations in a good way.
- Some of your usernames have a hideous glow effect that didn't die with the rest of the 90s when it should have.
- Bit too much blue, would be nice to have a more varied palette.

Rating: 5/10. *

*If you have a DMCA notice for content you didn't create, then this rating will plummet to 0.
Do you understand you're falsely claiming the work on your website (including the icons) are created by the owner (in other words you)?

He didn't create the DMCA notice, and that find icon link you posted doesn't contain that image anywhere. Second, the glow looks very good in my opinion. No reason to remove it.

Many forums are hidden to guests because we experienced tons of leeching and no registration. After hiding some forums, we had many more members register, so in this particular case, I have to disagree.

^This. The DMCA text is default and auto generated. I don't know why you guys take a DMCA notice so serious over a single icon.

BTW, The theme is great. Good luck.
As already mentioned the DMCA is just to cover any tutorials or programs that have been created etc. The theme and logo are mine. I didnt even realise that the DMCA covers everything on the forum, so ill be looking to see if I can change that message.

As Siege mentioned, we expierenced alot of leeching when we started up and therefore we practically forced to lock the topical sections to guests. I will be finding a solution in the enxt few days.

I have been wanting to remove the glow for some time, I did like it when I first saw it but it doesnt give the same effect as it did in the past.

About the color, the forum was ment to be blue but I do know what you mean about too much blue. Ill have a word with the guys and see what they can suggest.

We just need to find a few more dedicated active members so that we can have some better highquality conversation. Thanks for your reviews, ill be looking into everything to make the forum as best as it can be.
And, forgot to mention, you have 24 links in the first post. Whereas showcase guidelines says, you can only have 2.

Remove the rest.
Sorry must have looked over that bit. Will do
done Thanks for making me aware

Leeching? Isn't it just a discussion forum?

I guess by leeching he meant leeching of tutorials and guides posted on his forum which is common as lime these days, newbies rip off the content.

But it also affects search engine in the meantime.
