Does anyone know of any uploading using FTP

ok i used www.000webhost.com/ ...i downloaded the "rarfile mybb_1604" unrared it,there was 2 folders...documentation and upload,,,,so i uploaded these to..logged into Filezilla FTP client,then when i went to the URL it says

Index of /

Documentation/
Upload/

so i hit Documentation and this came up
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/a1582531/public_html/Documentation/index.html on line 1

then i hit the upload and this came up
MyBB has experienced an internal error and cannot continue.

Error Type:
MyBB Error (41)
Error Message:
Your board has not yet been installed and configured. Please do so before attempting to browse it.

Please contact the MyBB Group for support.

please how do i solve this

change the upload folder name to forum.

and you do not need the documentation folder.

but will i change folder name to forum before i upload it

just one more thing on the Database Configuration what do i put in these cause i keep getting errors

Database Server Hostname: server46.000webhost.com Y/N
Database Username: is that the same as the FTP username
Database Password: is that the same as the FTP password
Database Name: is that the URL
