here's my situation- I was busy with my blog when i suddenly found out that it appears as some strange characters (the whole page) but since it was very easy to edit the files and specify encoding and charset i solved that problem.

But soon, when i looked at my MYBB forum, it was messed up too (strange chars)...please have a look at my forum here

URGET HELP NEEDED.

have you used utf-8 conversion from admin panel ? is it a new forum ?
OR you have good number of posts .. do you have a database backup ?

as the url to your admin directory displays correctly (the login box for admin cp) you may have an encoding problem or perhaps you have corrupt files in the board root ... if encoded what encoding have you used

i did not encode/changed anything :/

^ hmm., someone should check it in person with required temporary privileges ...

it was working well before my blog suffered from this

^ you may have to re-upload myBB installation files ..

Try re-uploading a fresh copy of MyBB.
