We run a fairly well known cloud computing related blog using a wordpress theme.

At this time we are looking to hire someone who can help do a couple of things regarding mybb.

Create a Customized Skin and Setup & Implementation within Wordpress.
It needs to run fairly seamlessly and look organic within the site.
