hey i have just started with this mybb i need a shout box

i want on it ?

auto refresh (no need to refresh your page)

staff on my site can make it animation like move flash and that (only staff)
staff can ban form chat
staff can kick from chat

if any one can code this for me then thanks alot

I suggest browsing the Plugin Releases subforum. I know there is a couple shoutbox / chat plugins.
