I want to change the default avatar picture? I want to know that sir. Do i need to add a plugin in order to do that?

Yup, MyBB does not offer any options for a default avatar for newly registered users.

The plugin randomly pick an avatar from the Specified Folder with Specified Image Type and automatically assinged it to the New Registrant.
