ok where it says usercp modcp admincp.....how do i change it so that it says usercp admincp maincp...? is this even possible? and if so how would i go about doing that? step by step please

Yes this is possible, you must edit your theme's setting however. To do this go to:
"Templates & Styles" under the Admin CP
"Templates" on the side menu bar
Go to the current default theme you are using (in this case I'll use the Default) and click on "Expand Templates"
Go down to "Header" and expand them all
Find "header_welcomeblock_member_admin"
Edit it by finding this part of the line "{$lang->welcome_admin}" and replacing it with "MainCP".

thx i'll try it out...when my server gets up..also do i do that for the modcp also?

No problemo, and yes however for the modcp you use a different template. I believe it's called "header_welcomeblock_member_moderator" and you'll need to change "{$lang->welcome_mod}" or something along those lines.
