Good work. And try customizing the theme with some cricket images and greenish color scheme.
Also try a ball for on,off icons.
And try adding individual sub-forum or Forum for bigger tournaments like IPL.
For advertising, post in general discussion communities of cricket loving countries like India, pakistan, Sri Lanka, etc.

Great work on the site. I agree that the theme could be customized a bit more. Maybe add in a cool background image or some thing that has to do with cricket.

change theme and logo,they are not attractive,
though am a fan of cricket,i am scared away by the above 2
I gave it a 4, I think you should change/customize the theme though.
