Yeah but the Free one doesn't work with 1.64 MYbb. I am looking for Free
I don't know any free tag cloud plugin.
There is Simple Tag Cloud plugin, but it's very buggy and I don't recommend to use it.
RateU wrote a tutorial using xThreads, but he removed it.

Tags are very important even you have Google SEO plugin. It is sad that MYBB team didn't think of these Modifications.

I've used the tags plugin for vbulletin before. Sometime ago the plug-in has stopped being developed. And I wasn't able to use it with the newer versions of vB. Nor was it possible to import old tags to the new tagging system.
I'm sure tagging must be a core feature of MyBB. Otherwise I wouldn't use it.
