I'm finding that with merges it counts posts twice or adds a post like a topic with 0 replies it says 1 reply and it adds this post that isnt there to the statistics, the only fix I know is to view every topic then use recount and rebuild, I'll have to view almost 3,000 topics so is there a quicker way I can fix this?

Did you tried to ran recount and rebuild options for "Threads" and "Posts" ?

Yes I need to view the threads first for it to recount them.
