sir yaldaram do i really need to use the "How to use from XML feed" is it optional?

yes the xml feed is optional, there is a setting to turn it on or off.

^ in general, plugins have related settings at admin panel --> configuration --> settings ..
xml feed option should be available at those settings . see ProStats thread for the details
