your forum URL please ... myBB has a portal page (eg.) . it can be used as the home page.
OR you can have the forums at a sub-domain / sub-folder AND use a custom home page ...

type your websiteurl/portal.php
e.g. google.com/portal.php
do you mean this or do you want your own homepage? you can customize that page using the templates in admin CP
