Please help me how to improve my user details.

1. i want to add a default image for new members.
2. a box with icons from their reward.
3. Counted given thanks and being thanked.
4. how to add icon below the picture?
5. how to add border in the whole userdetails in the left side.
thats all I just want my userdetails looks good. please help.
